The NCLEX-RN is regularly updated to reflect the constantly evolving facets of nursing, as new technology, methodology, care directives and so many more variables present themselves in this field. The exam focuses on clinical fluency of Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse candidates and ensures that skills in critical thinking, decision making and judgment are present for effective assessment of patients and situations.
